Our custom corn planter guy just finished converting back to dry fert after 10 years with liquid due mainly to cost. Dry is about 30% cheaper here. He was also having problems with the liquid fert plugging his lines on his 12 row JD. When a line is plugged you don't know about it until its too late. He bought a air cart and ran hoses to each row and he blows it in like a air seeder. Works great. He also has a auger truck that he picks it up with in town and augers it right into the fert box. trying to post the youtube video but I cant get it to work.
