Racketball .....can play even if you are lousy at it. Ball is never over 40' away and usually go by you 3 or 4 times if you hit it really hard then stand still and wait. Once you get a little challenge and put some effort in it you will use every muscle in your body either chasing it or getting out of the way of the ball or your opponent!
