NEIN		That is a wonderful story. I also had a mentor that I owe much of my success to. He rented to me as a young guy and then sold to me when he could no longer take care of the place. I dont think there is a week that goes by that I dont think of him and smile and think how greatful I am for what he did for me, much of it being just simple encouragement. I know how you feel, we are very honored to have know these great men.
