That is not very smart farming as far as I am concerned. The whole PVPA thing has been quite a mess since the amendment in 94. Farmers have lost their farm over the deal though I realize a rule is a rule, I just didn't need it for one or ask for it.

As far as yield and profit, is it really any better since the amendment?

Yes, Pioneer has put out the world they will be checking. I never did save anyone's seed so I don't pay close attention.
