Im guessing they prolly offered to plaster it with cattle manure for years and years too since they have alot of it to get rid of. I bet that is what made or broke the deal between them and you. You shoulda had Dougy sweet talkem a lil more. Lol ... Kinda a tough piece to farm anyways from the looks of it.
