Subject: Re: Krause field cultivator vs Deere 2210

Charles City. Iowa
Both are good field cultivtors. Krause 5635 floating hitch does not have all the pins to wear out. When you pickup Krause on the ends or on the road there is one cly. in the front hitch that lifts the front up, no arms on each wheel. Also the wheels in front come off the ground, going road do not have craze wheels go back L and R. Krause has Mech. depth control over slave control . On slave Deere will come out of phase not lift equal and must lift all the way up the get back in all the same depth . Pushing the air out. All slave's will do that, Karuse also on the units that have slave type lift too. I stay 100% we sell are spring shanks in Iowa best shank out there not the K tines. Spring Shanks Loves rock and stays put. The best thing is the 3 row harrow and round bar reel. Deere in 2 bar tines and reel. I sell 100% edge on shanks no flat shanks leves the feild more leveler. Takes 10% less power too. Biggest thing with Krause is we do not build a 62 or 64 footer. The biggest is 51' Sweeps are a big part of a good feild Cultivator we put all Nishols Ultrawings Knock on best sweep out here. Makes the Krause do that Krause do best,
