| I wouldn't sell it. People were saying the same thing as you are now when it was $4k acre. What other business can make as much money as you did this year on that land for the amount of labor you put into it? Granted these profits aren't going to last but if your debt is low you have a great asset. You sell it to this person and it is dry again or demand ramps up or whatever and years from now your contract is up and there's a good chance corn low or high you could end up losing it when you don't want to and you wouldn't have any control over it. If your debt is low keep it. One good year is gonna make a lot more than the interest on themoney for several years and u don't want your money to end up in a ponzi scheme | |
