He got some from previous tenents and some from new. He got that ollrich ground northwest of carthage for 375 an acre. It was 1300 acres. That is some pretty tough ground. He told one of my landlords he was gonna clear 2 million on 15k acres, the landlord said good then he can pay his state taxes and money back to others he didnt pay.
