I hope my county doesn't see that.  Wonder what it pays for?  It is something I would protest.

I do have an interest in a political body that files a levy for our services.  We are allowed to ask for more than we receive, but I have not levied for the full amount yet, not saying I might have to some day.  I like the idea of not charging the full amount as long as we can get by with our present amount, I am against raising tax rates, especially in this economic climate.  In Illinois, I can raise our levy by .0039 each year, to allow for inflation.  I have not raised the levy for about 5 years, due to an agreement made by the school district with our major taxpayer. 

I feel an administative fee is unjust, unless it could be explained logically.
