| There will likely never be any real cuts. The only thing they are trying to do is reduce the rate of scheduled increases and calling that a cut. After losing the election the GOP really has no but to sign on for the bill they worked on last summer. I would expect the farm bill to look a whole lot like the one from last summer also. Barnard will probably shed a few tears on camera before its all done. | |
