Hay ground here isn't worth more than $50, in fact may not even be worth that much. Too many expenses, mainly fertilizer, for way to cheap of end product. Sure if you get some rain and can make some $150 dollar a roll hay in a drought area it looks good, but the fact is in a drought you're lucky to make one or two rolls to the acre all year.
