NC | Here you can have a certain number of AU in confinement or on dirt lots--- before "soil and water" gets involved in regulating what you can and cannot do.
From what I have seen its not worth getting involved with "soil and water". So I stay under that number.
I have to second that starting salebarn calves in confinement is a recipe for eventual disaster. Although metaphlactic treatments are making it safer.
