Rob, I started dribbling 28 ( 10 gals. ) and 5 gals. of 10-34-0 on top of ground behind my IH 900 closing wheel this year and am very happy at this point. Have yet to get to the better corn. I notill and use row cleaners, so the 28 an 10-34-0 was dribbled on bare soil. My P levels are also low in single digits on some fields, and spread 11-52-0 also.
question for those using 2x2 starter on corn
