MN | personally i'd think they are over rated.. here you can get poured walls and build a energy wall inside it cheaper that the icf. plus not a PITA to work with. electricians, plumbers,finish carpenters all hate ICF.. one problem here i've seen and heard with them is if you get any poor concrete you have no way of knowing it, atleast with a poured wall you can visually inspect after the forms are removed... | |
