I like the dough feature. mixes the dough for you. You take it out when done, make your loaf however you want, let it rise and bake it.
I have one, haven't used it in awhile. last time it did paddle wasn't mixing well. I maybe didn't have it seated correctly. BIL used it to make pizza dough and it worked fine for him.
