Damn right Rupert. I lost 1/2 my acres over 2 years to a big boy who wanted to kiss the ass of the the kids of a couple of landlords I had rented from since I started farming, close to twenty years. I know how these guys feel that he came in and "fornicated" for lack of a better term that will get me booted! No sympathy here!
