WC MN | There is no good answer. Unless you are willing to wait for land to come up for sale or rent then you will be taking it away from somebody else. I'm not saying its wrong or right but it's the truth of trying to expand. Think about if when you were working at coop if another guy would have come in and took part of your accounts and part of your salary. It's really no different.
