Iowa | I generally pay on the higher side, but it's not a big deal to me since there are not many hours involved.
To me the bigger issue is the NH3. It's dangerous stuff to work with. I use it and apply it myself rather than having part time help working with it. It's somewhat of a liability issue. I've got insurance for that sort of thing, but don't want to have to use it.
Hopefully you have insurance and your boss is carrying insurance and workman's comp.
Just becareful whatever you do. An accident can make all the other aspects of this seem really insignificant. | |
