I know exactly what you are fighting with. If you take the cover off the re-cleaner ( the cover that moves for wheat or corn and acts like a concave) you will find 5 (if memory serves me correctly) small rasp bar like segments. I removed every other one and it seem to help me get more thru it before plugging. It makes for less resistance may alittle more capacity. It did not cure the problem but helped me run the sieves alittle tighter before plugging the tailings. Good luck.
