we have ran 635 along side a d60 and a fd70. I believe the macdon has a better transport system, a much better reel and feeds slightly better. That being said the 635 is a nice header too and we have had very good luck with ours.

I also think the float system works a little better with the macdon but on the other hand it isnt adjustable from the cab like the hydraulic float system on the 635.

The reel on the mac don is so far superior to anything else on the market its not even funny.

We are cutting only wheat.
