Have fixed two of them.

Simple, cheap, and set in concrete.

Will have to get to another putor to post pictures. Soon.

Top pic shows the post. Pretty poor shape from all the long nails and lags driven into it.
Seems like longer nails, then lag screws work for awhile.

Also in this pic is the Morton door deal. Quite a bit of steel has been welded on to get it down into good wood.

Middle pic is the deal on the post. It is well fastened to the post with long lag screws.
Also there is plenty for the concrete to grip too.

Lower pic is after 400 Pounds of sackcrete was put in the hole.
