My situation was similiar to yours, had to change companies to get reasonable coverage.  Only company I found was Illinois Farm Bureau (Country Companies) that would allow me non commercial.  I know several people that disagree with that company, but have had a few claims, only one disagreement on house roof in my many years with them.  Remember, the cheapest insurance is not necessarly the best insurance, I don't care what the Gecko or Flo says.
