Buffalo IL | Very unfortunate and I really feel for you. I'm going to assume insurance won't cover it as most farm policies won't cover that type of death. Most only cover for lightning and drowning and no other type of death. There is insurance that covers death of breeding stock, but I forget the % of value it costs. I did start carrying it on bulls. I have had a heck of a time with bulls- one did splits on the ice -shot him a week later, one broke a leg before i even used him-found him standing in creek and found out later I should have drowned him, broken penis', popped stifle joints, front shoulder injury, etc
