I took some of them to work the other day to show some guys. I usually plant them for deer plots. Maybe 4 or 5 acres every year. Most of the people had never seen a diakon radish and were quite interested in them. I planted purple top turnips, diakon radishes and sugar beets. I heard the radishes are actually quite a bit better tasting than the turnips. I think I'll see what they taste like sometime this year when I get some time.
