Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums.
Is the intake and exhaust made together as a little plastic insert? Maybe it could have been inserted wrong? I have no idea, just a guess. I think in real life, the 4520, 4620, 4430 and 1972 year 4630s were the only Waterloo turbo tractors with a 4" intake stack in front.
