Do you know why it spun the bearings? Need to find that out first to make sure you've got the problem fixed. If it got into the crankshaft, it will need ground/replaced and then appropriate sized bearings ordered. Other than that, it oughta be rebuildable. Just depends on your mechanical abilities and how much you are willing to spend on it.
