do you get a Statement from TorS either an email or snail mail? I am not familar with ToS screen. On my Oak screen if I have an open position it shows "profit" or "loss" on that position if you have the
contract up on your Quote Monitor. There is also an "Orders and Positions" link one can click on to see positions. Do you have any of those? Do you have a broker you can call?
