Don't have a GPS system. But is sounds like the plow is over correcting. You should have a "Gain" or other setting to slow the movement of the plow so it approaches grade slower and will not overshoot the grade. If is "bouncing" above and below grade the valve is set to sensitive. You may have to turn the flow control down on the remote running the plow.
