I'll start by saying we quit selling Nitros 2 yrs ago, so they could have changed some things.  The Electric Bypass Valve (EBV) has to be shut to work the eductor.  It won't build pressure with it open.  If you have 50 psi showing on the gauge on the boom, close the valve under the eductor and open the little valve in the hose on the load arm and feel the hose and confirm that there's flow through the hose into the tank.  If all that's working the jet in the T, which is like a plastic flange that's been swedged to about a 1" nipple, will create a suction when the valve is opened under the eductor.  It works like the venturi on a carburetor.  If the jet isn't installed, product would blow up out of the eductor and hit the bottom of the sprayer with the valve open.
