United States | I bought a push mower at an auction about 11 years ago, and fought with the thing for a long time. Finally one night I had enough, and with rain coming, I went the only place that was open (walmart) and bought a new push mower with the b&s engine (biggest push mower they had). I've treated the thing like a rented mule ever since, probably changed the oil three times. Sharpen the blades, scrape the buildup off the bottom, and cover the motor with a washtub when I'm done, and leave it outside. The thing has never let me down. I think I paid $130 for it, so my average costs are probably $15 or less. | |
