n.c.iowa | Buster 50 - 4/1/2012 05:28 Here is a picture of the back of my 8300 right below the scvs. There are 2 plugs and I tried to label the left one Port B. Right below that is another port with a quick coupler fitting already in place. Anybody know if I can use that coupler as the case drain? in the john deere manual they say that this coupler can be used for oil return and case drain,but most case drains are to be connected to zero pressure or low pressure (less than 3psi) otherwise the motor seals will be blown,the other port is to be used in conjunction with a case drain.deere has kits for this,just did a 8300. |
