Kingston, Iowa | Dump some wd 40 or your choice of penetrating oil down the hole in the handle. Take a small screw driver and pry out slightly on the tab. Then place a punch in the hole in the handle. Support the weight of the whole unit with your hand, cupping the handle above the work bench. Smack the punch a few times it should start moving. I used this method and managed to get them done without beaking any handles.
