you need a cable to connect your receiver to the 9-pin port on the bottom of the Pro600. Then you'll set your Pro 600 to receive GPS on RS232B (Toolbox > GPS). I'm not familiar with Deere receivers or cable part numbers, but if you tell your JD dealer you need a serial data cable for your receiver model, he ought to be able to set you up.
