I have installed one on a MT765.  I don't remember the cost.  If the tractor has the ISO plug on the back it has the translator.  If not it does not have the translator.  The translator is just an electronic module.  It bolts in under the seat.  It plugs into the wiring harness that goes to the right hand console and you have to run the harness to the rear end for the ISO plug.  I don't remember it being hard to install at all.  You will probably have to have a dealer flash the software in it.
