Subject: Re: MojoRTK with Case Tractor

WTW - 2/13/2012 19:02Angle senser is part of the SRK kit for the tractor. I thought John Deere had come out with a somewhat generic steering controller that used Raven install kits on the machine. Maybe that is not as far along as I thought. In any case that would allow you to store and manage your waylines in the 2630. Only downside to that is your waylines would not be the same as the waylines stored in the Mojo or other non JD hardware.Another option would be to steer using a system that allows NMEA in for steering, such as Raven, Outback or TeeJet.
Using the 2630 to steer the tractor would be ideal. We are switching from a JD to a Case tractor so all our lines are in the 2630. I have not heard anything about the Raven based kits you are referring to though. If I could do that it would be better. Where would I go to learn about something like that?
