SC MN | It is poliitically expedient to do so -- even Hillary changed her mind -- keep in mind, that for every gallon of ethanol produced we use about 0.6 gallon of fossel fuel to make it -- much much less than a few years ago -- but we need a much more dramatic solution -- maybe cellulose but it costs 4 times as much to build a cellulose plant even though it costs less to operate!!! If we are going to rely on ethanol, then what we do has to compete with Brazilian ethanol which will be a challange!!! There also has been a large number of ethanol plant proposals that have been put on hold in the last few months!!! | |
