I talked a good friend out of basically doubling his production in SE MN cause the guy wanted 400 an acre.. my friend was pissed when i told him i thought it was dumb in my opinion to take on that much risk...
a few months later he is alot more relaxed.
More risky than high rent is paying rent and high fert prices, then protecting nothing...
