I looked at it again and took a few photos I used a 02 bracket and did a little bending. It might be hard to see but I took off the steering wheel and bolted a 2 inch pipe that I had welded 2 tabs onto between  the wheel and dash  and used the exsiting holes in the column to bolt to with 1/4 inch bolts.
