Yes Axle, IVT and ILS are standard on only the 8530. This one gets used mainly for assorted tillage work and it would pull the 8400 away as far as power. Theres absolutely no power hopping issues at all like I've had with the 8400. I suppose the small fuel tank can be somewhat deceiving as well.
