Rochester, IL
I've got guys with clutches from WAAS to RTK. I have very little issues with position drift and clutches. I can't say that I know of an instance where a guy has stopped and come back 3 days later, but you can have +/-3 ft. in less than an hour. I wouldn't recommend single row sections but have guys doing that too. a good WAAS receiver is +/- 3ft. repeatable, which is just over 1 row width, so you leave a little more gap than you intended or you overlap a little more than you wanted, but you are still saving money on the clutch control. Yes it is better and you will save more with higher level accuracy, but WAAS will still save a ton of money over nothing or manually controlling sections.
