South Eastern ,ILL
We really like the OSB board on the bottom 8' of the walls. Here's some advantages of what I observed in other shops before I built. Scratch marks on the walls from leaning items on the metal, all metal very noisy, if you damage a sheet of OSB simpley unscrew it put up another. Very easy to mount everything, and if you change your mind where it is mounted, very forgiving, where as metal if you drill a hole, you had better be right, and I did change my mind several times as I was mounting things. Disadvantages to OSB, all white metal is probably a neater, cleaner look and less cost than 5/8's OSB. All white metal will reflect more light, but with the lighting I have, that's not a problem. I definately would put OSB again .
