I am working on my yield monitor data from this fall, and one of my co-workers comes up and asks what good is all this data besides making pretty maps? We do not use variable rate planting or fertilizer as of yet, and just started logging planter information (rate and variety) this year. Have three years worth of harvest info and one year of planting info.
I would like to be able to give him an answer that would explain the value of what I am trying to do. Maybe it would help me explain to the other owners what we are trying to do also. | |
