Central, IL | I thought we were going to have some really good yiedls early on. We were set up here to have a helluva crop and then the heat hit. Most didnt realize how much yield it would take off, including me. Our combine started rolling the 21st of August when we discovered the corn was not there. It takes some time to get those reports out and a lot changed from the time they surveyed till the time it was released.
Maybe the USDA "IS" stair stepping this one down. Anyones guess now. | |
