It is vital to examine the finances of each offering and to reject those that seem shaky. NOT ALL are prime investments. Like I don't believe schools who are laying off staff for lack of funds should be constructing new buildings, even though the sources of funds are different. So I don't think Build America Bonds for schools are good investments.
