Texas/New Mexico Stateline
We got lucky and got a little shower about 20 days ago that was just enough to get a decent stand up. The last couple days I sowed it turned off hot and dry and some dried out. I would say we are about half planted around here with pretty decent amounts up and looking good. The rest are probably waiting for a rain. We are supposed to have some chances this week. Corn is drying too fast for the silage choppers to keep up. Saw some cotton already opening up the other day. I have some milo that will likely cut in a week. Everything is early.
