Corn silage is around 35# per cubic foot give or take how well you pack it. One thing you need to remember is you will lose 10 to 15% of the weight as it pickles. So if your going to feed 800 tons you need to put up around 900 tons. So 900 tons X 2000=1800000 lbs/ 35=51428 ft3. If you want it 40 ft wide and 10 ft high it needs to be 128.6 feet long.
