Make sure you go at least 40' wide. That way you can pull a feed truck or wagon in and loader tractor can dump over side. Any narrower you can't do that and late winter,early spring you will wish you had truck pulled to pile. Ours is 40 x 80 x 12. Taller is better. We can get around that 800 ton in it. We have a 20 ft. apron at both ends to dump on. Robert
