My feeling in all this is to get the agent out there doing his job. The adjuster just varifies the information and takes measurements. It's the agents job to make sure the insured has the best insurance for his needs and then stands up for them. Make one pass as you normally would and see what you get. Have the adjuster measure it. Keep good records. Most adjuster were one time farmers. They know what you are up against. Let him make a round with the combine.
