Subject: Cover Crop Tillage

NE SoDak
Here's my situation. I planted a cover crop mix of: barley, common vetch, radishes, rapeseed and lentils sometime in the end of July. I seeded them into corn stalks that were hit with a Salford last fall and once this spring. What I'm wondering is if tillage will hurt anything now. It looks like there's a lot of material out there. I want to put corn back in next spring. Not sure if a tandem disc will do much. What about a disc ripper? or chisel plow?

Would tillage ruin what these plants are supposed to do for the soil? Could I do it now or would it be better to wait till it freezes and the plants die?

TIA
