Subject: No-Ill alfalfa corn rotation ?

Got some ground im gonna kill the alfalfa in and try no tilling corn into for a year. Then I would like to put it back to Alfalfa (field has some access issues and getting the combine, trucks, etc in and out). Question is, what do you do with all the corn residue? How much of a hassle is it to no-till into the corn stubble and bailing hay the following year? Stand issues? Should we bail the corn residue? Field is terribly rocky so I dont want to dig it up if i dont have to. Thanks!
